We collect what we need to make the call and nothing we don’t. That means the phone number you ask us to dial, the situation you describe, your contact email, and the audio and transcript of the resulting call. We use this to negotiate on your behalf and to send you the outcome.

We don’t sell your data. We don’t use your call transcripts to train third-party models. Recordings and transcripts are stored in our infrastructure for as long as your account is active, plus a short window after, so you can come back and reference what was said. You can request deletion at any time by emailing hi@karen.now.

We disclose recording on the call where state law requires it. We comply with valid legal process. We use a small number of sub-processors (telephony, model inference, error reporting) under contracts that bind them to the same standards.

Questions, requests, or just a hello? Same address — hi@karen.now.
