Public opt-in path

- 2. Karen confirms enrollment and asks what company/problem the user wants help with.
- 3. Every user can reply HELP for support or STOP to opt out.

What Karen sends
Karen sends conversational and transactional SMS messages about consumer-support requests you start with us: intake questions, case links, call preparation, caller-ID verification guidance, call updates, follow-up questions, and support.
Consent
To opt in by SMS, text YES to +1 (845) 609-0601. Karen may first reply with an introduction and ask you to reply YES before continuing. You are not enrolled in Karen SMS until you reply YES.
Frequency and rates
Message frequency varies based on how many requests you create and how active your cases are. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase.
Help and opt-out
For help, reply HELP or email karen@karen.now. To opt out, reply STOP. After STOP, Karen may send one confirmation message and then will not send further SMS unless you opt in again.
