Karen

Terms.

Last updated April 26, 2026.

By using Karen, you authorize us to act as your representative for the specific call you describe. We’ll identify ourselves as your authorized agent, follow applicable recording and disclosure laws, and stop the moment you ask us to. You agree the number and situation you provide are accurate and that you have the right to negotiate on the matter.

Karen is a tool, not a guarantee. Some companies say no, and stay no. We’ll try in good faith — if we can’t move them after our first attempt, we may try again, escalate, or write back honestly to say we couldn’t. You only pay our fee on outcomes that actually save you money, in line with the pricing on the homepage.

We provide the service as-is, without warranty. We’re not liable for amounts beyond what you’ve paid us. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced via email and posted here. If you’re using Karen on behalf of a business, the person clicking accept warrants they have the authority to bind it.

Disputes? Reach out first — hi@karen.now. Most things are fixable in a single email.
